Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 250 ml water or unsweetened plant-based drink

  • 1 banana or 100 g berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1โ€“2 tsp potato fiber

  • 1 tsp nut butter or oil (optional)

  • Ice cubes as desired

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender

  2. Blend on high speed for approx. 30โ€“45 seconds

  3. Let it sit briefly for the potato fiber to swell

  4. Check consistency, add more liquid if necessary

  5. Enjoy fresh
