Keto Energy Balls with MCT Oil, Coconut & Maca

Ingredients (for approx. 12 balls)

  • 3 tbsp Organic Virgin Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil

  • 2 tbsp Organic MCT Oil (60% Caprylic Acid & 40% Capric Acid)

  • 4 tbsp GREATVITA ORGANIC COCONUT FLOUR

  • 1 tbsp Organic Maca Powder

  • 1 tbsp Organic Psyllium Husk (for better consistency & fiber)

  • 1 tbsp Erythritol or to taste

  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder (Organic Cocoa Powder)

  • 1 pinch Pink Crystal Salt

  • Optional: 1 tsp Organic Ashwagandha Powder for extra adaptogens

  • Optional: A few Vanilla or Chocolate Flavor Drops for aroma

Preparation

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Add MCT oil and stir well.

  2. In a bowl, mix coconut flour, maca powder, psyllium husk, cocoa powder, salt, and sweetener.

  3. Slowly add the oil mixture to the dry mixture and stir until a moldable dough forms. If too dry: add a little more coconut oil or a few drops of water.

  4. Form small balls from the mixture (approx. 20g each).

  5. Optional: Roll in desiccated coconut or cocoa powder.

  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes - enjoy!

Tip:

These Keto Energy Balls are ideal before training, for cravings, or as a quick snack at the office. MCT oil provides quick energy, while Maca and Ashwagandha can support hormone balance.
