3 tbsp Organic Virgin Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Organic MCT Oil (60% Caprylic Acid & 40% Capric Acid)
4 tbsp GREATVITA ORGANIC COCONUT FLOUR
1 tbsp Organic Maca Powder
1 tbsp Organic Psyllium Husk (for better consistency & fiber)
1 tbsp Erythritol or to taste
1 tsp Cocoa Powder (Organic Cocoa Powder)
1 pinch Pink Crystal Salt
Optional: 1 tsp Organic Ashwagandha Powder for extra adaptogens
Optional: A few Vanilla or Chocolate Flavor Drops for aroma
Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Add MCT oil and stir well.
In a bowl, mix coconut flour, maca powder, psyllium husk, cocoa powder, salt, and sweetener.
Slowly add the oil mixture to the dry mixture and stir until a moldable dough forms. If too dry: add a little more coconut oil or a few drops of water.
Form small balls from the mixture (approx. 20g each).
Optional: Roll in desiccated coconut or cocoa powder.
Chill for at least 30 minutes - enjoy!
